According to Table 5:
•As regard age, the mean age of the studied patients group without CHF was
(54.03±11.22) and that of the group with CHF was (57.31±6.06). There was no significant difference between two groups (P > 0.05).

•As regard IVS diameter, the mean diameter of the studied patients group without CHF was (0.87±0.15) and that of the group with CHF was (0.88±0.1). There was no significant difference between two groups (P > 0.05).

According to Table 10:
•As regard EF, the mean EF of the studied patients group without CHF was (56.67±4.71) and that of the group with CHF was (42.21±4.68). There was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05).

•As regard diastolic dysfunction, among the patients group without CHF patients with no diastolic dysfunction were 5.9% (4 patients) , patients with Abnormal relaxation were 64.7% (44 patients) , patients with Pseudo nor-mal pattern were 29.4% (20 patients) and there were no patients with re-strictive pattern and among the group with CHF patients with no diastolic dysfunction
