In the articles, it describes how Hillary Cliton not only knows her fault, but admits it. Yet, she claims that she had no say in the decisions made prior to the attack. Which is, that she did not provide the security/protection the Americans needed in Benghazi. It also states that assistance was asked for, yet she did not provide any. She at first, used her normal email, but then switched over to a private email. This is a turning point, where questions were beginning to asked. Once it was out that she was using her personal email, she deleted around thirty-thousand emails because she claims that they were, “personal.” In the movie, it provides us with more detail and background as to why the Americans in Benghazi needed support. According to Rodger Elbert, who reviewed this film shortly after it came out in 1997, Spike Lee, who directed the film was able to bring the back to life by including photographs, videos and interviews with the family members of the four little girls who were killed in that bombing. In addition to capturing the lives of the lives of the little girls who were killed, Spike Lee also highlights some of the major struggles that African Americans faced during this time in America, and more specifically the struggles faced in Birmingham, Alabama.
