In today’s society, it is essential to have an education, because the majority of jobs require a college degree. If a person does not obtain a degree beyond high school more than likely they will be working minimum wage jobs. Therefore with this rate of pay, a person cannot support their self or another human being. When attending collage a person dose expand their knowledge of their interest yet a person will learn more than what they imagined. With a college degree a person will gain more than education, they will gain experience. College has many benefits, however, collage also comes with downsides. For an example; tuition, stress, bills, and lessons. Despite the negative side of collage, the benefits make college worth wild. Attending college gives a person opportunities to choose a degree. It gives students’ experience about the rights and wrongs of life, for instance, drinking and driving, and how to do things, like pay bills and fees. College teaches students’ lessons and makes them grow into becoming more mature. It can give a person experience for jobs or for future references. These are benefits that a person will use throughout their life. Without collage people are limited. They do not have the option of the salary they will make or what they will do with their life. They will not know things about different cultures outside of the residence. Furthermore, they cannot travel to see different cities or sights. A person without a degree will have very few experiences because of this a person will miss out of various opportunities.
