In the United States, however, you go to school from maybe pre-K to kindergarten to 12th and maybe on to college. If I went around to everyone at my school and asked them if there should be year round schools. The answer would be extremely obvious. Everyone would say NO! I can see why boards are considering this. Higher standardized test scores means that the school is held up with respect. They don’t consider the amount of resistance they’ll face.
