According to Harvard Medical School, "researchers found a 19% lower risk of death from heart disease among vegetarians"(Harvard). Eating like vegans could have a big impact on the life of someone who has heart disease. Not only would it have an impact in a persons life, but it could prevent the disease from happening. Eating a vegan diet can prevent and reduce people 's risks. According to Harvard Medical School, "Vegetarians were, on average, 25% less likely to die of heart disease"(Harvard). If the people would start making changes in their daily life and consume fewer artificial sugars, fats, and animal products they could avoid getting diseases that cannot be cured. According to The Vegan Society, " researchers has shown that vegans have average iron intakes that are similar to or higher than those of non-vegans, and higher than the recommended daily allowance". People always try to consume any type of foods that would give them some iron or any nutrition, but they don’t realize that eating non-vegan foods or any type of food that could give them any kind of disease.
