Tourism is an important activity that people has undertaken for a very long time in the most countries around the world. In recent time it has been recognized as an important social and economic phenomenon (Richard Sharpley, 2014) . It has strong links to cultural and social studies, foreign policy initiatives, economic development, environmental goals and sustainable developments and it embrace nearly all aspects of the society beyond physical development and marketing (David L., et, al, 2008). The interaction between tourists and poor communities can provide a number of intangible and practical benefits. It helps to broader mental attitudes by interacting with many languages and cultures. Tourism related courses also run by hotel management institutes, food craft institutes, fashion design schools, colleges and university departments.

Due to diverse economic benefits of tourism and its potential growth it helps in the increase of standard of living of the people by offering new and better jobs, which in terms helps them to improve the quality of life of the society.
2.3.2 Socio-Cultural Benefits of Tourism
Tourism may have various impacts on the social and cultural aspects of life in a destination, depending on the cultural and religious strengths of that destination. The open and equal interaction between tourists and the host community can generate idea exchanges and mutual understandings (R.Davidson & T.Rogers, 2006) and it can be one of the factors that may affect a community. The effect can be positive or negative on the community (Mathieson & Wall, 2006).
