The only organization that I have been associated with is US Army. While one may think that the only services that the Army provides is the defense of our country and its interest abroad, there are several elements of the Army that do more. The Army Corps of Engineers helped with the levies in Louisiana, The National Guard helps disaster relief and the Reserves are here to help protect the homeland. The is a military equivalent to most civilian jobs. There are doctors, lawyers, pilots, police, fireman and HR managers. The Army is made up of a multitude of organizations that are used to make it function as one. For one, they speed the lines of communications.
