Benefits Of The ULM Campus

Decent Essays
What I like best about ULM is how nice the campus is and all that is has to offer while still having the feeling of a small school. Most of the colleges with really nice campuses are huge schools and they are not as easy to navigate as the ULM campus. The other campuses I have been on do not have the same comfortable environment as the ULM campus

Some like it, many hate it, but one thing has remained a constant at UAFS since it opened its doors in 1928, which is its status as a “dry” campus. A dry campus simply means that the possession and/or consumption of alcohol is prohibited on campus grounds, regardless of age. Some argue that having a dry campus that many students are being put at risk because of the University policies that urge students to leave campus when it comes to drinking. It has been said that Universities that choose to remain dry are risking the lives of the leaders of tomorrow for better statistics today. While this may seem excessive and a bit of an overreaction at first, there are statistics on this subject suggest otherwise.…

Benefits of the UCC The benefits accrued from the UCC include the growth of interstate transactions, the standardization of commercial expectations, commercial stability, and business or operational cost reductions. In terms of the impact on interstate transactions, the uniformity of commercial laws arising through the UCC translates to more effective and efficient interstate commerce. In the absence of the UCC, business people operating across state lines would have to contend with a numerous legal requirements that differ across individual states (Rasmussen 1097-1098). As a result, the UCC helps avoid the complexity and difficulties that would accompany the differences in state commercial laws during the movement of products or materials…

M Certainly the most attractive thing about Penn is the diverse community. The most important part of my college search was finding a school that replicated the tight-knit community of my high school. Seeing the diverse student body interact while strolling down Locust Walk was a reassuring sight. There were many different clubs advertising their cause, there were students dancing on the street, others were conversing, and some were simply walking to class. This lively atmosphere radiated an aura of strong community and I could immediately feel the closeness of the student body.…

UTSA Almost two years ago at UTSA, I had this farfetched goal of transferring to UT. I would sit at my desk on the internet late at night and during study breaks I would look up everything about UT. I would lean back in my chair and dream of what it would be like to go to school at UT. I wanted to wear the burnt orange, to look up at the Tower in person, and to put my hands in the water fountain at the end of University Avenue. I wanted to meet the students at UT, to take the same classes and tests, and do the same homework.…
