Keeping fit is an essential part of any individual 's wellness and health, but who says you have to hit the gym to keep fit? Maybe the membership fee at the local gym is too steep for your budget, or you are uncomfortable working out publicly. Perhaps you just cannot fit some gym time into your tight work schedule because you probably travel a lot. These and many more are reasons why most people opt not to go to the gym. If this is the case for you, however, it does not mean that you should just hang around and wait for your body weight to get you an appointment with the doctor. You can work out at home, all you need is space acquired after you push that table in your living room to the corner or use your garage space.

It increases your agility and strengthens your bones and joints among other things relatively better than jogging does. Jogging, on the other hand, is less strenuous but engages more muscles than walking. In a view, it is a rather leisurely form of running with the same physiological benefits as running.
Both running and jogging are preferable to perform in the morning before any other activity that may strain your muscles. Also, these two exercises though different may be used interchangeably, for instance, you can begin with jogging work your speed up to running, and when you feel tired tone it back down to jogging.
In the world today everything is tight from schedules to budgets, and all you sometimes need is some time to yourself for you to do a little exercise so that you do not grow into an old and fat workaholic with an unpleasant personality. Well then pick a workout routine each for a day in the week just for a few minutes in the morning and make the rest of your life a healthy, confident and stress-free
