A sixteen-year-old boy distracted texting while driving, on the interstate, accidently moved the car wheel handle which caused the vehicle to merge into the left lane. At the same time, a car was driving beside the boy and hits the car. The state of Maryland driving age should be twenty-five years of age. Why? The reasons are maturity, fewer accidents, and have more experience. Even though there are a few teens that drive carefully, it's best for us because it gives us more time to practice.
