Owning A Pet Dog Is A Beneficial Thing
“Until one has loved an animal, a part of one’s soul remains unawakened,” states Anatole France, a famous poet and journalist, who has won a Nobel Prize in literature. Owning a dog is brilliant and needed at some point in a person’s life because a dog teaches you how to become more responsible and caring. They teach you these things by demonstrating them, themselves. First of all, a pet dog always remains loyal to its owner. Secondly, it can help it’s owner to stay fit and healthy. Lastly, a dog will never let it’s owner or family feel lonely and depressed. Jason Ernest, a graduate from University of Arizona with degrees in International Studies and Economics, as well as research in travel and architecture, states, “When away overnight, you’ll either need to pay for your pet to travel with you or pay someone to watch your pet while you’re out of town.” But undoubtedly this can be challenged because even if paying or traveling for/with a dog can be expensive, you can still leave your dog with a family member or friend. When you leave your dog with your family or friends, it is most likely that you won’t need to pay for them to watch and care for your dog. As seen in the source “peteducation.com”/Drs. Foster&Smith, which states, “Why does it matter what it costs to own a dog? After all, we all love our pets and we would not put a price on their health and happiness.” Meaning, that we shouldn’t look at prices of food or travel for our pet dogs because either we don’t want them separated from us or we don’t want them to be lonely.
