I am sure if I could afford to hire a babysitter I would have more time to cook whole hearty meals. I personally believe that is my only health determinant. After every errand I complete I take two minutes and eat more of my morning snack before I head off again. I come home in the afternoon and start doing homework and try and take care of my son at the same time. Between my son and homework I don 't get much time to cook.
My target behavior would be getting more sleep and trading snacks for healthy alternatives. Some things I would like to replace my potato chips with are fruit smoothies or melon milkshake. I would also like to eat more fruit throughout the day. I could replace my gatorades with water or some type of tea which would be healthier for my son and I.
