In order to gain a better perspective in analyzing performance reviews for employees. Using error rater methods such as, Frame-of-Reference Training, and Rater Error Training has shown to be proven results to help improve performance evaluation, and prevent continued biases. I realized from my management class, and from previous performance appraisals, that most managers are bias during appraisals or they perform inaccurate employee reviews. By participating in trainer rater programs, I will have the opportunity to improve my observational skills that will contribute to accuracies in future employee
