Should a Low-Carb Diet be Ultra High in Butter? As part of losing weight, the use of low fat foods is encouraged at all times. This has seen most people cutting back on their favorite meals that might have a high fat content. The use of low carb diet is not strange as many people are now using it to lose a few pounds over several weeks. Low carb diets are known to be incredibly healthy as they provide just the right amount of nutrients the body needs.
