In my opinion, prostitution should not be either legalized or decriminalized because it is simply immoral act that only brings a negative impact on our society. Even though there are many articles and studies that say legalizing prostitution will decrease HIV and other sexual transmitted diseases, there is not much evidence that support their ideas.
