Advantages of a College Education
1. You will likely be happier with your work.
My whole life I have always wanted to become a nurse. Without attending college, I would not be able to get a job in nursing because I would not have the knowledge that I need in order to be successful in my future career. However, by attending college, I will gain the knowledge that I need to get my dream job. If I did not get the opportunity to attend college, I would have to get a job that I am not as interested in, and I would be unhappy with the work I was doing. I think it is very important to love the job that you have, and college is the best way for me to get the job that I will love.
2. You will learn how to work independently and discover new knowledge.

Because of that it makes it easier for the company to trust you will a long term contract. Also, those with college degrees are often paid more than those without one. A college degree will also give you greater responsibility in the company, and will put you in the front of the line for any moves that you can make within the company. Getting a job in the nursing field is very competitive, and the more education you have, the easier it is to find a job. In the nursing field, even a 2-year degree (LPN) is becoming obsolete because employers do not want to hire someone that only has 2 years of education when they can hire someone else that has 4 years of education. Because of this, it would be next to impossible to get the job I want without a college degree. Also, holding onto a job is easier with a college degree because the more education an employee has, the harder it is to let them go. This is because employees with more education often know how to do more task. This makes them more valuable to the company than those with less education. This means that those with less education often get let go before those with a higher level of
