Have you ever seen a logo of some big company and wondered how it was made or who even made it? How’d they even come up with the whole idea? These are the questions I ask myself frequently. I am interested in how these things were made and I want to learn how to make them all myself as well. For as long as i can remember, I have always been into art, I have always liked making little designs and just coming up with some random logos of random company names that I make up. I soon found out that there is a career in doing these types of things and it’s called Graphic Designing. Some of the advantages for becoming a graphic designer is that if you are self employed, you’re basically allowed to work from the comfort of your home or anywhere really. As long as you have all the tools you need to help you create your designs, you’re good to go. Also, if you’re self-employed, you also get to decide how much money you actually make per each of your designs. With that being said, there are also some disadvantages with becoming a graphic designer. Since the demand for this job isn’t high within businesses, it will more than likely means that unless you’ve made a name for yourself, you’ll be searching for a while. If you are self-employed it could be hard getting people to recognize you or to even find people willing to pay you for the job you did for them. You also have to find a way to make your art unique but interesting enough to keep the individuals that you worked for to keep on coming back to you for whenever they are in need of a new design. Sometimes when you have a person willing to give you a try, that one person could ask a lot from you. Maybe they are not satisfied with the way you did a certain thing and ask you to change it or even scrap the whole idea and start fresh. This could cause you to be working on a single design for hours upon hours. Another disadvantage of being self-employed is that you’re more than likely are going to be working online for people over the internet. Sometimes, getting payed over the internet isn’t so safe and every now and again you will in fact come across a individual who will try to scam you. That meaning, they will try to get the design that you worked on for them any way possible and try to get away with not paying you a single thing. Despite all of these disadvantages, there are many things that spark my interest and gets me excited about graphic designing. Some of the best part for the job is
