Better structural systems have been adapted. It’s because the people are given an opportunity and are now able to come up with ways of improving their life. It’s due to better sewer systems, roads, and sophisticated buildings among others maintained. Apart from these, other systems are bound to be improved; the lawgivers are expected to observe such rules thus leading to better and worthy services to the rest of society. The disabled are also bound to benefit; this is because a given amount of resource is usually set apart to ensure this is done. Their future is taken care of now that they could as well gain respect when educated; lack of funds or even neglect could at times turn their life miserable. By funding, their needs can be addressed and can as well lead to the setting up of special schools, thus avail education. Street children can as well benefit from such programs.
