The history of flawed diets are lengthy and filled with hearsay. Surely you have heard about the low calorie, low fat, low carb diets which all have come and gone due to substandard or poor results.

If people truly understood what good nutrition really means then people would look and feel better almost instantly.

There are many versions of “what is good nutrition” if you are NOT using the right version then you are doomed to fail at your weight loss efforts. I would love to teach you about good nutrition however I cant do it properly here.
