Mindfully eating is actually a habit of eating using your mind and having control on your hunger. You should have control of your eating habits. If you eat mindfully so it becomes very positive for your body to lose weight and become slim and smart. NO MULTITASKING:
Eating when you are using the computer or using your phone drives away your attention from your food and you can eat more than normal doing these things.
