Dynasty Health and Wellness Center is an upscale facility located in Orlando, Fl dedicated to empowering and educating our customers of the body’s natural ability to heal itself through exercise and healthy eating habits. Our goal is to design a tailor-made fitness plan for our members that will target their physical needs and focus on specific areas to promote natural healing. Once our customer sign up for fitness, we immediately devise a plan that is guaranteed to work through the members initiative with the help of our one-of-a-kind enthusiastic staff. Firstly, we have all of our new members take a Par Q Questionnaire so that we can better assist their needs. Our most unique services include locker room childcare while the parents workout. The parents can leave their children with our staff where they can play outdoors or swim so that parents can focus on their goals. The locker rooms are convenient for guests to secure their belongings so that they don 't have to worry about losing or someone stealing their stuff. We also offer Nia, which is a fitness program that includes martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. Nia combines mind, body and spirit as well as the five sensations of flexibility, agility, strength, mobility and stability. This form of exercise is adaptable to all ages and fitness levels. In the article, “A Review of Nia as an Exercise for Cancer Survivors” Nia has be proven to be suitable for women with breast cancer because it reduces fatigue and anxiety. Decreased depression and improvement of the immune system has also been shown to be beneficial through Nia. Nia is designed to fit the patient 's needs through various techniques and postures.(Reis,Walsh, Jones and Young 689) Cancer patients are not able to just hop right into a fitness plan because they will fatigue easily, become depressed and put too much stress on recovering body parts. We have two instructors that take participants of this service on outdoor biking trails. This service is extremely important to us because members are able to get vitamin D and fresh air which also is benefiting the body naturally by improving bone health and ventilation exchange.. According to the article, Nature as Medicine: The Healing Power of the Wilderness, Exercising outdoors are also beneficial by offering a sense of connection and appreciation of nature, A feeling of energy and renewal and even a release from addictions such as caffeine or alcohol. Exercising outdoors has also been shown to reduce stress levels which is a major factor of the degeneration of the body.
