One significant change that needs to made to our current system is Dementia training for companies. While Dementia training is becoming increasingly popular, more companies need to include this in their training. Since such a large number of our population is diagnosed with a type of dementia, it is important for businesses to understand the challenges that dementia patients face. I believe that Dementia training for grocery stores, banks, and entertainment facilities would be very beneficial for older adults, as doing so would create a more safe environment for them, leading to a happier and healthier life.
