Being a Daniels’ Scholar will not be easy all the time, but the effort and dedication to this program will definitely be worth it in the end. There are so many rewards and benefits that I know will come of being a Daniels Scholar, one being the SHIFT orientation. At SHIFT, I’m hoping to make new friends that share the same values as I do, and also start building useful skills that will help me be successful in college. During college, I’ll continue to build these skills through the Daniels Scholarship Enrichment Program. I plan to make the most out of these online workshops in order to develop and grow in the high standards Bill Daniels would expect of Daniels Scholars.
