It is one of the healthiest “super foods” in the world (don’t mistake it to be your fav. fast food, please). Mexico is its place of origin, as early as 500 B.C. They say eating this particular fruit once a day keeps you in the pink of health, yummy-looking by smoothing your skin, boosts immunity, improves blood circulation, and keeps hormones in balance. Holy cow! What is this? It’s Avocado oil.
What is avocado oil?
Avocado oil is the extract of avocado fruit. Better put, it is the natural oil pressed from the pulp of an avocado. As edible oil, it is packed with nutrients and vitamins.
