The time has come where we need to decide our options about long-term care. I have noticed in the past couple of years that your physical and mental capacity decrease and your need of assistance has increased. I have spoken to mother and her and I both agree that she can not support this tremendous pressure of making sure that you are taken care of and work a full time job. This letter is not attended to make you feel less of a man; however, it is to give you options for the future.
I have researched some options for you to think over. The first option that I have researched is assisted living. Assisted living is designed for residents who need care with everyday activities as in meals, Medication assistance, bathing, dressing, and transportation.
