Then, two thirds majority vote is required in House of Representatives and the Senate. Then it is passed on to the states to be approved, where three-fourths of the states must affirm the proposed Amendment. Removing slavery for example, wasn’t an easy process either. However, now America as a nation have overcame that barrier and is ever grateful for that. As they say, Great rewards awaits outcomes through struggles. If leaders are chosen by the people, in the most general sense leader should represent the majority of the people. In this system, leader isn’t picket by the people but it is picked by the place, their votes are worth a lot more in some than other. For example, a single vote is worth a lot more in large state like California than a vote in New Hampshire.
