So we started to think ideas and started to plan ideas. Different ideas let to different situation. We started to try each other idea and even thought the ideas does fit the question. After 20 min we decided to plan how to approach the question, then after a while we got stuck and we didn’t know if our ideas would fit the question. We made a plan to ask for help from the teacher as a backup plan. After wasting half the class we asked the teacher to help us. We asked the teacher to help by giving us important that helped us at the end. At the end our backup plan was successful because it helped us and also made us achieve a …show more content…
Yes I would be loyal to a leader who supports the team efforts. if the respect the team and shows his skills are good enough for him to suit the leaders part.
2) To me I respected to my first ever supervisors at my first job. He was a good leader and interpretation person. He was the nicest person and ever used to get too mad. He always helped his employees to if employees made small mistake and he used to help them fix the mistake. Then he used tell what they wrong, tell them next time be more careful. He always showed his leader ship skills, respect and he is always wanted to finish to goal the team and he had set by the end the
