As an employer, would a flexible working environment for your employees create a better work ethic? Would working around each individual employees daily schedule make for a less stressful and more productive work day? Being flexible could be beneficial to a business and their reputation as an employer.

The world of today is a fast paced, hectic place to be. Trying to manage family and work responsibilities can be very stressful, knowing that you are working in a flexible environment reduces that stress.
