I have to admit that the cell phones have benefits of emergency, locate for finding missing children and find my way, there are still have some shortages. First, people should make sure that the cell phone has enough electric quantity and better cell phone signals. If people try to call for help, but the cell phone is out of power and out of range. It is conceivable that the phone went dead, so could not get other’s help. In addition, GPS also need power and signals, if do not have them, the GPS does not work.
