Healthy food is one of the most argued topics because of the problem of classifying specific kinds of food has being healthy or harmful. Insects are a kind of food that had many arguments about if it is healthy or harmful. Eating insects is a habit that is very common in some countries around the world and the people in these countries advise others to eat insects and try them because as they claim that it contains many benefits for the body and for the health in general. However there are some other countries that refuse the idea of eating insects and consider it a bad and disgusting thing to do and they consider insects as dirty food and non healthy. None the less, eating insects has some benefits beside some harm that it may cause.
Eating insects has some benefits it is suggested that it’s important for the environment so we have to add insects to our diet (A New United Nations, 2003). There are two main benefits of eating insects; the first benefit is that insects are good for health and they can build the body perfectly because they are full of nutrients. Also, if someone is going to try eating insects he/she has to know if it is allowed in his/her religion and country or he/she would face some troubles and may cause him/her to pay money for it. One should also not forget that allowing people to eat insects in a specific country will give the opportunity to the farmers or poor people to extract it from their farms soils and make a good business from
