Hello Teresa,

To replace the stone and refinish it would be $195 before taxes. Benchmark wouldn't preform anything under warranty because the ring wasn't registered within the 30-60 days of purchase. They wanted $175 to replace the stone with out refinishing and prior to shipping. With that said going through them would have been closer to $300.
