On March 17, 1971, Linda and Calvin gave birth to their first baby girl. They named her Belinda A. Duncan. She was born on St. Patrick's Day but ended up with the nickname "Bunny". Her parents ended up giving birth to two more girls. Belinda helped her parents out by helping them with her younger sisters. That was something she enjoyed doing. Belinda was very mature for her age. Although she was the oldest, she was never the bossy type over her other siblings. She was also very smart in school. Belinda enjoyed signing up for talent shows at school, she enjoyed being in the band, and patricpating in school clubs like 4-H and DECA.

On Sepetember 27, 1991, Belinda give birth to her own child. Due to complications she gave birth to her son early. Weighing only one pound they put a scare on the family with the chances of living the doctors told the family. But luckily, Belinda and her son beat

The company offered to pay for her to go back to school in order to achieve her masters degree. Belinda is a wonderful example to everyone, especially me of how hard work and dedication pays off. She never give up on her education and is still driving to achieve more. This gives me great hope that if i put my mind to it I can do the same, maybe even be able to graduate with one of my kids from college. How awesome that would be!

Belinda favorite motto is "You can achieve whatever you set your mind to" and " The vision may not be clear at the beginning, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel". She expresses don't let no one discourage you or make you loose focus on what you want to do in life. She also stated even though she doesn't plan on leaving her job at least she still have a certification and two degrees to be very proud of. I have always looked up to her since I can remember and I am very proud of the woman she is and the accomplishments she accomplished in her life so
