1. Preferred participation and personal style of each role

There are nine team roles, each one have their own personal style and selectively fulfil their own roles. We will start with first team roles below:
PLANT (PL) - Their participation is to be creative, bring ideas and personal style is to be innovative.
Resource Investigator (RI) – He is a person who seeks information and resources so that the task can be executed. His personal style is to communicate with people and to be adventures and explore different avenues.
Coordinator (CO) – He is a person that knows that roles and responsibilities should takes to ensure that his objective of coordinating his task achieved. His personal style of work is to facilitate

His personally is to be attentive and diligent.

Specialist (SP) – He acts like a consultant using his skills and knowledge in scarce fields because of all his experience and knowledge it is difficult for someone to bring their opinions across since he is specialised in his field.

2. Psychological Factors of each role

The psychological factors that influenced the nine team roles is as follows:
Plant: He comes across very dominant, high intelligence and with a shy personality.
Resource Investigator: They are steady, dominant, forceful and very outspoken.
Coordinator and the resource investigator have the psychological factor which is steady, dominant, forceful and outspoken.
Shaper: They are dominant, forceful, outspoken and agitated people.
Monitor Evaluator: They are people with high IQ, steadiness and with a shy personality.
Team worker: Their psychological factors are being steady, outspoken and low in dominance.
Implementer: They are stable people who can control all situations with ease.
Completer finisher: They are people that are uneasy and with a shy

Not allowable- since of strong a right of possession with participation with other members bring about success
Resource Investigator: Allowable weakness is as soon as the task has been set out then a fear of failure creeps in due to failure in the past and what is not allowed is when leave the clients alone and do not setup reminders to meet clients again.
Coordinator: Allowable weakness when find someone else doing the job then you feel unwillingness to work. Not Allowable weakness that have done little or no work but you take the credit for the tasks that team has achieved.
Shaper: Allowable weakness is sense of bitterness and impatient. Not allowable weakness is that they cannot take bad situation into a positive light.
Monitor Evaluator: allowable weakness is to have questionable outlook with regards to knowledge, skills so that you can employ the right person for the job. Not allowable weaknesses, is that they assume that people are naturally motivated in their own skin.
Team worker: Allowable weakness when he or she is unable to make decisions in difficult situation. Not allowable weakness to push aside the difficult tasks because you do not know how to handle
