The role of the team, played by a person with specialist knowledge, which is a pillar of tasks, with a delicate tendency to view only their own part of the project. Professionals, gaining recognition for their knowledge group. They can successfully manage specialized projects. Few take the other people.

Team balance is important, beacuse if you have workers in your team, and everyone has a different strengths and weaknesses, than it all can be used to fulfil the project. If there is lack of balance, and there are people with the same weakness, then the team has a weakness as a whole. Or if there are the same strengths in a team, then people are compiting with each other rather than
