1 – Belbin has stated that his Team Roles are not measured on personality; what are they based on?
Belbin’s Team Roles are based on tendency to behave and contribution we make in team.
2 – Name the three main categories of team roles defined by Belbin
1.Resource Investigator,
2.Teamworker.
3 Co-ordinator.
3 – There are 9 different team roles described by Belbin. Provide a brief description of each in your own words. You can also include any potential advantages or disadvantages (allowable weakness) of each of these.

9. Specialist
The role of the team, played by a person with specialist knowledge, which is a pillar of tasks, with a delicate tendency to view only their own part of the project. Professionals, gaining recognition for their knowledge group. They can successfully manage specialized projects. Few take the other people.

Team balance is important, beacuse if you have workers in your team, and everyone has a different strengths and weaknesses, than it all can be used to fulfil the project. If there is lack of balance, and there are people with the same weakness, then the team has a weakness as a whole. Or if there are the same strengths in a team, then people are compiting with each other rather than
