Being Watched-Personal Narrative

As I walked through the noisy crowd of the high school with my hands in my pockets, I thought about the day that just went by. Today was my sixteenth birthday, and it didn't turn out too bad. My friends wished me a happy birthday, but it felt empty. I felt as if something special were supposed to happen today, but the day was plain overall. "There's still half of the day left," I told myself.

The crowd of students that walked through the corridor came to a stop when the people couldn't go on because of traffic. I was behind the crowd, impatiently waiting for them to get out of my way. Just then, I heard someone call my name from a few feet behind me. I recognized the voice and my mood lit up.

"Andie!" I greeted warmly as I turned around.

"We basically know everything about you, thanks to our stealth skills plus advanced Assassin technology," Wind stated. "We know, for example, how damn lazy you are! We also know how much you hate school, we know much of a momma's boy you are, we know who your friends are, we know what your bedtime is, we know how you think, we know what you eat, we know where you live, we even know how much you suck at Call of Duty. We know you better than you know yourself, kid."

"Okay... So, question: why did you guys decide to kidnap me now?" I asked, scratching my head.

"We felt like now was the time, since you did just turn sixteen," Fire answered. "We didn't want to wait too long."

"Now, we rigged your phone when we kidnapped you, so here," Lightning spoke as she handed me my phone. "Now it has so many new features that are not legal, so be careful."

"What did you do to it?" I asked, examining my phone.

"Well, first of all, we gave you our contact numbers, so whenever you need us, we'll be there for you," Fire
