Being unemployed can be a difficult time in your life and figuring out what to do can be overwhelming. As of September 2013, I became a displaced worker I am currently unemployed to this day.
I was terminated from my job due to the reorganization of a company. My previous employer restructured their business by cutting back and downsizing departments. In an attempt to keep me employed at this company, management moved me to another department which ended up not being a good job fit for me to continue working for this organization. In my professional work I am good in analyzing and interpreting situations in the work place. I like the idea of solving problems and making sure all people involved have a good understanding. In the new position I was not able to perform up to management expectations or satisfaction. I was reprimand and placed on a coaching plan which was assessed daily. It was determined my job performance was not up to the employer standards. I was discharged for unsatisfactory job performance. The job duties and responsibilities required me to make a

I feel the strategic plan of the leaders at this organization put into action policies and procedures that were designed for some workers to fail. I worked for a company that made it difficult for anyone to achieve the goals that were set as a whole. The restructuring process of this company affected a lot of workers which created unemployed situations for many people.
There were constant changes made daily to specific job duties, which made me question the intentions of the people in the dictating positions. At first I allowed their tactics to irritate me but after a while I begin to embrace what was being offered. While dealing with the shock of losing my job, I was sad to leave yet at the same time I felt a release of all the anxiety this job had over

This letter is to inform you of my resignation from my position as server at Dragonfly, effective April 25, 2016. Due to daily harassment from employees and management I am forced to put in my two weeks notice. I have endured as much as possible from the staff and brought the harassment to the attention of management many times. Since then it has become increasingly worse and nothing has been done, or even brought up in conversation by the incompetent and lazy management staff. I was told by Luis that he “would look into it” in a disrespectful tone, as if harassment was not a matter of concern, then proceeded to give me a blank stare as to suggest I should leave.…

However, through class discussions, I’ve learned that one of the most important competent of professional writing is the need for constant revision. Introduction: Contrary to popular belief, minimum wage has not always been around. It was not started until after the Great Depression, when President Roosevelt won the election of 1936. Every couple of years the minimum wage is raised to account for inflation and the cost of living. However, this small, subtle change may have a huge effect on the country’s unemployment rate. When it comes to understanding yourself and your personality on a deeper level than normally, you must take personal stories into perspective that have shaped your life while growing up. According to McAdams, “defining oneself through a personal story is an act of psychological and social responsibility” (Engler 2009). Viewing the past four essays shows the progress and decline of my writing style, and structure. The four essays that were required by the class varied from the best to the worst, both having their similarities and differences. Choosing two out of the four essays, I came to a conclusion that the “process analysis” essay was the best, and the worst essay was the “descriptive” essay. Although it varied from their definitions and structure, the essay’s showed how much the writer, put their work into it. The certain characteristics that made it the worst to the best defined how well the essay would turn out to be.…
