Being Successful

The key to being a successful student is an increased learning ability. Every student is expected to be successful in some way. This can become very stressful for many students, especially with the distractions around them. Online education provides the environment to become successful with less stress. Students are offered more flexibility, more one on one learning, and are able to reach their full potential when taking online classes. Online education is one of the most effective ways of learning, and should continue to be used.
Flexibility can play a huge role in being a successful student. Extra curricular activities, work, and homework all play a role in a student's life. Public school students have to arrange a schedule that fits all three of these things. Considering the very strict schedules for work and extra curricular activities, it is very hard to find a schedule that works. The U.S Department of Education states that, “On average, students in online learning conditions performed better than those receiving face-to-face instruction” (Orgill). Receiving face to face instruction can be a difficult task because every student is expected to go the same pace as their instructor. Furthermore, classroom distractions can make it difficult to concentrate on what is being taught. With the help of online education, students are able to work at their own pace, without any distractions. In addition to no distractions, students are offered a wide variety of classes. Multiple students are able to perform better when taking classes they love. This learning environment can help them reach their full potential, and become successful in all that they
