Being Rude Research Paper

I was at Eckert’s over the past weekend and my aunt, uncle, cousin, step dad, mom, and my two sisters, were all getting on the tractor to go on a ride and my other aunt was one person behind us. My step dad moved my youngest sister and put her on his lap so my aunt and other cousin could sit down. This other lady tried to sit down in that spot and my mom said that's for her, the other lady replied and said that she was there first. ( Keep in mind that there was a bunch of open seats in the middle row she could have sat in so my family could all sit together.) My mom ended up moving my other sister onto her lap so my aunt and cousin could sit down. Sometimes people are so rude. Another time I was in P.E. and this girl was being rude for no reason. Rude people are one of my pet peeves because there is no reason to be rude to anyone. Everyone should always be …show more content…
People should never just be mean to someone for no apparent reason. It makes them seem like they were raised to not care about anyone but themselves. It also makes those people seem like they think they are better than everyone. Those people seem self-centered, and act like everything is about them. People like this annoy me because they have no reason to be rude to someone that they don’t know. Those people that the person is making fun of might look rude or like they haven’t showered in a month, but they could be the nicest person someone can meet. Maybe the people who are getting made fun of have a bad home life. Nobody knows what that person goes through when they are at home. They could have just been evicted from their house or their parents might not have been able to pay the water bill. Nobody should be rude to anyone if they don’t know the other person's story. Now, if someone just chooses not to shower or change clothes, then that that's different. They are choosing to smell/ look gross, and they are choosing that life of getting made fun

When Justin Turner smacked the game-winning home run for the Dodgers on Sunday night, announcers, sportswriters, bloggers and fans all called it the same thing: a “walk-off.” Unknown as recently as the 1970s and 1980s, the term “walk-off” for a game-ending hit has become as comfortable a part of the baseball lexicon as “balls” and “strikes.” And it’s spreading.…

If you don’t make the right decision, you could have guilt hanging over your head for a while. You have to think about what you are going to do or say before you actually do it because the effect afterwards could be extremely bad. These are the ideas that came to my mind when I was reading “Grace is Good” by Stephanie.…

I believe that I am the type of person that gets irritated easily , every little thing that someone does makes me somewhat angry. One of my biggest pet peeves is when I’m at school in between classes trying to get to my next class and couples are standing in the middle of the hallway kissing each other like they haven’t seen each other in years. I understand that couples love each other but one thing I don’t understand is why they have to stand in the middle of the hallway. They don’t even have enough respect to move over to the side of the hallway and start kissing they just stop and start kissing each other wherever they are standing.…

Oftentimes, abstaining ourselves from lying to others, from abusively speaking to others, and using divisive speech can be difficult. Sometimes when a person is placed in a difficult situation they might react to the situation without thinking about what might come out of their mouth. I decided to do my observations for this paper on a Thursday. The time that I decided for this paper was from 5 P.M until 8 P.M. I choose this time frame because this is the time where I interact with more than one social domain. During this time frame I was at work for an hour and afterwards I went out to dinner with my best friends.…
