A time when I had to work with a diverse group was for a project in which we all had to discuss values and morals, represented by personal beliefs and knowledge. A major factor was that, since my school is international, there were many cultures represented in my group. Students from Russia, Sweden, Cuba, Jamaica, China, Philippines, Mexico, and India were all in my group. As very diverse people, we all believe in different aspects of life, whether it was religion or discipline. Through good communication skills, open mindedness, and leadership the team was able to put together a presentation describing our unity when it comes to values and morals.
