One of the important performance traits is being dependable. Being dependable means many things; one of the most important is being in work and on time. I make a point to get to work on time usually I am early. I take very little time off other than my vacation days. My position has no back up it requires me to be available even when I am out of the office. I always have my computer on me, and review and answer my emails. Being dependable also means when others ask you to do something they are confident in your ability that it will be done promptly with the desired results. Some of the tools I use to stay on track is maintaining a TO DO lists, requesting action items sent by email I do not accept verbal requests? Follow through is done
