Being Burned Out And Fatigue

Being burned out and fatigue can be a medical problem and behavior problem. It cause stress, weight issues (loss or gain), and depression. Due to it being a serious issue, talk to someone in your family or medically. They could fine you ways to utilize your time to avoid being overwhelmed in a situation.
Finding ways to deal with you being over whelmed is to prioritize your time, exercise and change the way you eat and talk to someone close to you. Even using laughter is a great way to relieve stress. Take time out for yourself in your personal life. Find a hobby and treat yourself to a dinner and a movie and even a little retail therapy.
I have to learn how to prioritize work, school and my personal life. I try to give myself down time
