Being bored can be agony which is why most people try their best to avoid it, but is it really all that bad? We are in generation were we are never bored. With after school activities, school itself, and social media; we never have the opportunity to be bored. Studies show this could be a problem. Being bored has many benefits. Being bored can have many advantages.
Such as being able to exercise the introspective part of your brain, and it makes you more creative. According to," Is boredom Really That Bad?", Mary Helen, a neuroscientist, states that your brain has "two networks". One of those networks is to deal with your surroundings and what is happening around you. The other is your introspective part. Which helps you sort out your feelings
