Have you ever been bored during the day? Ever heard "I'm bored to death," it's the usual thing to come out of teenagers/children's mouth. Being bored can you show you many great and new things in life. Teenagers/children don't always have to it behind the computer, Ps4, IPhone, or TV all day. Attention networks and Introspections are two big reasons being bored is a good thing. On the other hand, for some teenagers/children being bored can lead to bad things.
Attention network are a big part of your everyday life. This is the part of your brain that allows you to use the internet and social media. This also allows you to listen in class, pay attention during practice for sports, and for you to understand jokes. This is something that controls
