Being betrayed is probably the worst feeling in the world. If you don’t know what betray is. Betray is expose (one's country, a group, or a person) to danger by treacherously giving information to any enemy. Basically 'stabbing someone in the back.' Sadly Matt had to feel the feeling of betrayal.
Maria, Tom, Steven, and Amelia found Matt in the poppy seed fields. Making Matt want to see more of what the outside world stores. Matt has been stock in a little house with Celia the person who took care of him in the middle of the poppy seeds his whole life, so seeing the kids was strange. Until they found in writing "Property of Celia" and when people have writing on there food it means there a clone or an eijet. Eijets can only follow a task programmed into there brain. Matt could do whatever he wanted so he was a clone. Everyone hates clones so there admitted reaction was to throw him out.bhowever Maria really liked Matt and wanted him to stay. So they kept him, but he was locked in a room with no bed, no furniture at all with litter on the floor to pee and poop.
It turned out Matt was El Patrons clone and Celia was just taking care of him till he was older. El Patron is very old, Very rich person. Since he is so old he forgot about Matt and wanted to me him. But Matt was a 'prisoner' being treated poorly and El Patron didn't like hearing Matt's conditions. El patron then told everyone to respect Matt. Most people couldn’t get over the idea of respecting a clone.
Matt is now not treated has high as El Patron but isn't treated poorly. El Patron treats Matt with a lot of respect though. El Patron gave Matt an education. Also when Matt got interested into music El Patron helped him become a great musician. El Patron gave him anything and everything he wanted. Matt felt so loved by El Patron, filling Matts
