1. Being an unauthorized immigrant is a form of workplace diversity. Workplace diversity is simple diversity in the workplace, where employees come from all types of backgrounds and provide different types of values. Just like all other workers, they bring diversity to the workplace with their skills. Unauthorized immigrants are similar to other kinds of workplace diversity discussed in the chapters because it represents challenges and opportunities for the workplace. It can also be different because not all people see unauthorized immigrants as a benefit to their business. Some employers would be too scared to hire someone who was not legally able to work.

2. The benefits of hiring unauthorized immigrants would be that it allows employers
