I , too, hope to become wealthy. There is so much I can learn. I am hoping the natives are welcoming and will help give insight into their lives. I would like to know what spices, plants, wildlife, and food they enjoy. I am hoping I can bring some goods and expertise back. I will be of only a few. European s enjoy the spices and teas. I know I would have a ready market.

Unlike previous explorers, I don't just want to claim land or water. I want to find the best resources here and fairly bring them back to my country.

He is specialize doing this with some tribe I think they call the Aztec. It is said that he found out from an women about a secret attack . He gathered the tribe people together like it was a friendly meeting. The was an ambush tactic that he used.I heard it was a slaughter of thousands. He does use clever tactics to destroy his opponents for his gain. He is known for depleting your resources . He will then decide whether to let you die from these depleted resources or he will attack while your resources are depleted.

The Aztecs and other places where Cortez would attack would not have a chance against the guns that Cortez has.Yes, he has conquered a lot of places this place they call Cuba,Dominican and some island they call Jamaican. I am really losing count.I really don't care for his character but he is achieving things. He is calling all of them New Spain. The places are full of riches. This is very good for the trade of Spain. The moral thing just gets me. Pizarro is basically the same as Cortez when it comes to Tactics and morals in my opinion.

While in Southeast Asia this exploration was primarily illustrated by the spice trade, in the America’s European exploration allowed for the creation and domination of a new world. Driven by these aims, several western European countries were able to gain control or influence over widening segments of the globe throughout the Early Modern Era both politically and economically. As a result of this age of European exploration and conquest, Europeans not only united the old and new worlds, but they also gradually brought various…

Despite this attempt, it reads almost as homage to the Spanish and their great conquest. Although a voice is given to the Mexica and other Nahua people, it displays them as lesser to the Spanish by underplaying their accomplishments. This is especially evident in the sections regarding the interactions between Moctezuma and Cortes. Moctezuma is portrayed as a weak minded puppet under the spell of Cortes. Perhaps a deeper look at this relationship would show successful cohabitation and not necessarily a foolish leader in Moctezuma.…
