For example, one woman born to a birth tourist in New York in 1989 and return to Taiwan two month after giving birth with baby. After 15 year that baby came USA to be a citizen but she told that “she is more Taiwan then American”. She using USA resources facilities but she thinks USA a foreign country. This kind of issues is increasing day by day; government should do something regarding this problem. Some major step should be taken.
