As individuals it can be easy to loose hope that our contribution toward progressing the stake of youth is failing, but this is not true. Policy and legislation is the means of a collective effort of individuals who care for the welfare of our youth, who historically have been voiceless. The San Francisco Youth Commission is a program puts the concerns of the youth into public policy application.
