A sniper is is a guns men or women in the military or any other branch. And a spotter is a snipers partner. Simo Hayha aka white death is the most deadly sniper in the world with over 540 total kills during the winter war. This is important to know if you're a person that is wanting to be a Sniper or Spotter. What it takes to be a Sniper. Training is thorough, they add much-needed protection for troops and how important a sniper's spotter is.
In light of how serious a job it is, training to be a Sniper is not going to be easy. Training starts as soon as an applicant walks into the doors they’re going to get yelled and cussed at, but the trainers are just trying to break them to see if they are really cut out for the job. He is the main person that keeps watch over the other people on the ground while they are searching for enemy soldiers. A sniper is a very important to the team, he is the main source of protection. On top of the protection of the team the sniper and spotter are also assigned to special tasks that may include them scouting an area or even an execution mission where they are tasked to take out a target without a team involvement. A sniper is also responsible for the upkeep of his weapon, doing research over the task he is assigned, and planning for the mission. It was during World War I that is considered to be the start of military sniping. The European ground war came to a halt and resulted in trench warfare. With the limited movement during that time, it is said to be the birth of the modern day sniper with the “picking off” of other enemy soldiers (Sniper Central). Snipers have many responsibilities, the most important of the tasks are to provide protection for the
