I just now realize how hard it is to be a paralegal. I applaud them for doing such a great job behind the scene. Every time I watched the trial on TV, I only saw the Judge and the lawyers, but I never thought that there is a hardworking team behind it, working their best to Win the case and dealing with the stressed. This week three, it helps me more to understand of what is about the life being in the field of law. But, I am a kind of a person who believed that if you love your job, and love what is your doing. There’s nothing can stop you from doing it. Just keep going, and do the best, for the best outcome.

“Don’t Overlook the Details”. I see myself in this article if I am working as a paralegal. Before I starts and whatever I do, I must make sure that the place is everything done and making sure that is in the right place etc. Because I can’t do anything and fulfill my job if I knew that I wasn’t sure the safety of the place and I wasn’t the one who inspect the area that I am working on. It’s hard to work when I am clueless in my surroundings. And then, there is a chance that you will get mistake. I agree with this Article that the paralegal should visit the court room before the trial, identify the details and advantage of the team, the line of the jurors, the witness and the judge, the position of the of visual aids and documents, the layout of the courtroom and the courthouse, where to eat and park, electrical switches, restrooms etc. So, they could get more ideas and it is a big help for the team, less stress and for the judge.
